SeaparkAC members suffered the wind and rain to run the annual North Belfast Harriers 10k at Roughfort, Mallusk. All of the elements were out to try and slow down the runners. Reg Kapur was first home for SeaparkAC with a time of 40:15 followed by Bobbie Irvine with a time of 42:01 and even though he was dying with a horendous cold, Gar Connolly made it back in 42:37.
