Les Jones 10K - 14th May
Congratulations to new club members Lynsey Ward and Simon Fuller who took part in the recent Les Jones 10k. Simon completed the course in 50:25 with Lynsey close behind in a time of 50:52.
Belfast Marathon 2010
The 29th Belfast city Marathon was held on May day, the marathon is the biggest running event in N.Ireland with 3,300 people taking part in the marathon and a further 11,000 relay runners. Of course the members of seapark ac were amongst these runners.
2 seapark athletes completed the tough 26.2 mile course - Stephen Hamilton completed the course in 3:59:02 and Vivean Davidson in 4:54:23
Seapark also entered 3 relay teams - Seapark male team finished in 3:12:55, Seapark mixed in 3:41:20 and Seapark female in 3:47:42.

Titanic Quarter 10k
The Titanic Quarter 10k was held on 11th April, it was a hot sunny day and 4 seapark runners took part in this race.

London Marathon
Well done to Gary Davison who completed the London Marathon with a fantastic time of 3:02:19
Rotterdam Marathon
Andrew Weir ran the Rotterdam marathon on 11th April, it was a cold day for the marathon at only 6 degress and conditions were quite windy. Andrew finished the marathon in 4:26, split times are as follows

30k 3.05
42k 4.26
Whitehead Easter Monday 5 mile race
On a warm & sunny Easter Monday 4 Seapark runners ran the 3 lap race around the hilly roads of Whitehead, results are:

Larne Half Marathon and Relay
Seapark athletes were amongst the runners in the Larne Half Marathon, held on Saturday 20th March. This is a half marathon and 3 person relay event.
Gary Davison was the first seapark runner home, completing the race in 1:23:50,then Bobby Irvine in 1:28:56, followed by Rob Gordon in 1:37:07, Reg Kapur was in close behind Rob in 1:38:12. First female home was Victoria McCobb in 1:52:33, close after was Marian Mach in 1:52:24 and Vivean Davidson in 2:04:43.
A relay team also entered for seapark, completing the race in 1:48:11.
Albertville 5 mile
100 runners took part in the Albertville 5 mile race which was held in the Duncrue area of Belfast on Saturday 6th March. The weather was perfect, staying dry with sunshine and there was a great atmosphere amongst the athletes taking part.
2 Seapark runners took part - Reg Kapur and Bobby Irvine.
Bobby ran a personal best, finishing in 39th place with a fast time of 31:45, Reg came in close behind with a time of 33:32 and finishing in 54th position.
